On Friday 19th January 2018, Louisa Gibson and colleagues from NICILT (The Northern Ireland Centre for Information on Language Teaching and Research) visited the Belfast Model School for Girls and ran a workshop for some Year 10 classes. The workshop focused on the importance of studying French at GCSE to enhance their career prospects for the future. The girls enjoyed learning about some of the skills that learning a language can help to develop, and they also took part in a quiz at the end of the workshop on French food, culture & geography!
