Dear Parent/ Guardian,

We are delighted to inform you that Amazing Brains will be returning to Belfast Model School for Girls on Wednesday 19th September to facilitate their ‘Year 8 Study Systems – Supply & Tutorial’ seminar. Students experience significant changes moving from primary to second-level education and this programme is designed to help students develop effective study habits from the outset. This programme is designed to help students understand their Amazing Brain and the power of adopting a growth mindset approach to learning.

We would very much appreciate your support in encouraging your daughter to realise the importance of such events and as such students should be present for the event and urged to actively listen throughout and complete any activities during the seminar.

There will be an opportunity for parents to attend a separate event, Parent Power, at The Spectrum Centre on Thursday 18th October to enable you to fully engage with the programme and give you the confidence and practical strategies to make a real and lasting difference to study and revision in the home.

We hope that you will agree that this is a superb opportunity for students to develop lifelong transferrable skills and thank you in advance for your continued support.
