On Wednesday 26th September, Year 13 students who recently returned to school to embark on their Post 16 studies took part in a morning of fun activities organised by the Belfast Activity Centre.
The idea was to help to build resilience, team spirit and to foster new relationships as the girls start the next phase of her education.
Here are some comments from the girls when asked for their thoughts about the event:
“I loved it, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would! By the end of the morning I had met lots of new people”
“It brought out lots of new leadership skills that I didn’t know I had”
“You had to work as a group to complete the tasks – you couldn’t just do it all on your own – showed me the importance of team-work”
