On Tuesday 23rd November, Year 10 student Caitlin Johnston attended Belfast Metropolitan College with Mr Fitzpatrick to compete in the 2021 Springboard Future Chef Competition. Her Honey Glaze Pork, Glens of Antrim Potatoes, Carrots and Beansprout dish was out of this world! She represented our school fantastically and will always be a model winner.
