We were privileged to have had The Rt. Hon. the Lord Mayor, Councillor Kate Nicholl deliver an inspirational talk to our Year 14 students as part of our ‘Women in Leadership’ seminar series. The students were interested to hear about the Lord Mayor’s journey to where she is today, the challenges she faced and opportunities that were open to her as a young woman participating in local politics in Northern Ireland. The seminar certainly was inspirational for all that experienced it, teachers, and students alike.
