On Wednesday 30th November 2022, Year 11 Hospitality students prepared, cooked and presented a starter dish to be served for 4 people. Our students made a range of starters including soup, mini chicken goujons, salads, and even their own mayonnaise and dressings. They worked super hard to make the meal task a success. We are so proud of the hard work, dedication and overall quality of their dishes. Well done!
