Year 11 GCSE Hospitality

On Wednesday 22nd February 2023 and Thursday 23rd February 2023, Year 11 GCSE Hospitality students completed their Unit 3 Task 2 Chicken Dish Practical Controlled Assessment.  Alot of dishes were made, including Garlic Butter Chicken, Chicken Stack with Crispy onions, Salted Chilli Chicken and many more.  The standard and quality of work produced was nothing short of exceptional and will certainly stand the students in good stead in completion of the rest of their coursework portfolio of evidence and GCSE Hospitality as a whole.  A job well done!  From a very proud Mr Fitzpatrick.
