The Mathematics Department are actively encouraging practice of times tables to develop recall and speed of times tables facts.  Year 8 and 9 have completed another tournament within Times Tables Rock Stars, which can be accessed on any device at home (students have login details).  Our first placed class in Year 9 was 9CM – their efforts were rewarded today with an ice cream party.  This went down a treat in the current weather! Students in Year 8 and 9 are encouraged to continue using Times Table Rock Stars to practice their recall of times tables facts, there will be further treats available before the end of term!
