A fantastic time was had by all at the Home Economics department’s recent Tapas Thursday!  Staff were invited along to prepare, cook and enjoy a delicious tapas menu with assistance by some of our Year 11 Occupational Studies Catering students.  Dishes range from popular recipes like Spanish Meatballs and Paella to more authentic and unusual flavours such as Cauliflower Salad and Stuffed Aubergines.  The Spanish Tear ‘n’ Share Bread was a particular hit!  Thank you to all who came along.
