And the winners are:
Star Baker: Tegan Ivens (10M) – An amazing cake – a vanilla sponge with chocolate ganache and raspberry buttercream topped with wee Bobby the Bear which was intricately piped.  Handmade caramel chocolates decorated the base of the cake which were absolutely delicious! Well done Tegan.
Principal’s Award: Daisy Seaton (8D) – The skills shown in Daisy’s pastry rose were brilliant, Well done Daisy.
Best Theme: Jessica Irvine (9G) – Jessica is no first timer with making cakes, her bouquet of cupcakes looked like something from InterFlora – Valentin’s themed roses.  Well done Jessica.
Technical Baker: Jasmine Parker (8O) – Praise was given for Jasmine’s delicious cupcakes, there were non left for her to take home they were that good!  Her technical bake of the cake pops and hearts were something you would see in a fancy Bakery shop, and they were absolutely divine, SOOO yummy – Well done Jasmine.
Model Choice: Lauren Shirley (8D) – Lauren’s cute Valentine’s Lady Birds were cute.  The colours and decorations used really made them stand out.  Well done Lauren.
Certificates and a wee something will be awaiting you on your return.
Well done to every girl that entered – you are all winners in my eyes,  and if I could give an award to you all I would.  As always so very proud of you all, and the talent that you all show.  Keep it going!
