On Sunday 11th May 2025, Year 8 students Abby and Piper took part in their first Trampolining competition for their club Belfast Galaxy. Both girls performed amazingly well by coming home with medals! Piper picked up 3rd place in the category TRA Club 3, age 13-17 girls with a score of 42.4 and Abby picked up 1st place in the category TRA Novice 11-15 girls with a score of 42.75. These 2 students had never trampolined before coming to Belfast Model School for Girls and they both loved it that much they started at their club outside of school. Both girls are now training 3/4 times a week plus attending school trampolining every week. Well done girls, we are all very proud of your successes and commitment to the sport.
