The Education Authority is consulting with the Board of Governors, Staff and Parents of Belfast Model School for Girls on the following proposal:


“Belfast Model School for Girls will increase its admissions number from 160 to 200, with an annual phased increase in the enrolment number from 950 to 1250, with effect from 1 September 2019, or as soon as possible thereafter.”

After Schools Programme – W/B Monday 22nd May

There will be NO after school programmes or buses running on Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th May due to Junior exams.

Staff may continue additional classes for Years 11-13 as normal on Monday and Wednesday.  If so and students require a bus home they are to report to the Student Hub after their class to be supervised until the GMS Nightclub bus leaves at 5.30pm.

GMS Nightclub will be continuing on Monday and Wednesday with a bus home provided at 5.30pm.
