On Tuesday 23rd May the Belfast Model School for Girls welcomed Sian Carr, part of the Presidential Trio at the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) and NI ASCL representative Mr Robert Wilson.
Sian was visiting the Belfast Model School for Girls as part of a wider visit by ASCL leadership to Northern Ireland. After being shown around our facilities by Principal Mr Wright, Sian led a pupil panel discussion with a group of Year 10 students, talking about her passion for making a difference to the lives of young people, asking our students about their future aspirations and sharing her thoughts on education leadership. Our students were inspired by Sian and took a lot from her words and encouragement.
