Well done to our fantastic Year 11 Occupational Studies Catering students Roxy Clarke, Kirby Harris, Demi-Lee Mc Cartney and Megan Reid who helped to host at our recent Evening of Valentine’s Canapés event with the Home Economics department.  The four students excelled in their ability to demonstrate, present and serve a delicious menu of canapés including Goats’ Cheese & Red Onion Marmalade Puffs and Smoked Salmon Spheres to staff, governors and friends of the Girls’ Model.
