Our Year 13 Sports Leaders have been participating in the Sheer Skill programme in partnership with Community Sports Network (CSN) to develop their leadership skills and to gain a variety of coaching qualifications. On Wednesday 4th December they held their celebration event in school which seen them leading local primary school children through a number of different sporting sessions. It was fantastic to see each Sports Leader put their learning into practice and do such a brilliant job! Following the event, a short presentation took place and each student received a certificate to award their participation and effort throughout the course.
I would like to congratulate each student and look forward to seeing their leadership skills in action in the near future both in school and in the local community. Well done!
