Congratulations to the girls from 8D who put in an “eggscellent” effort writing stories of treasure and adventure for Mr Black’s Easter Creative Writing Competition. The stories were of such a high standard that it was almost impossible to choose. However, winners had to be chosen and the deserved joint winners were Isabella Dalton, Daisy Seaton and Charlotte Nicholson. Second place was shared by Lexi Walsh, Katie-Jo Darragh and Leah Baxter. Runners-up were Darcey Frizzell and Grace McCalmont.

All of the winners and runners-up were rewarded with a selection of Easter eggs for their cracking creative submissions.
