On Friday 23rd June we held our Junior Prize Giving for Year 8, 9 and 10 students, welcoming parents and guardians of prize winners.
This provided an opportunity to showcase the talents and achievements of our KS3 students. Our Chair of the Board of Governors, Mrs J Weir, gave a vote of thanks to all guests, parents, staff and students.
The ceremony featured a number of brilliant performances from:
- Piano Soloist – Rachel Templeton (Year 8 ceremony)
- Vocal Soloist – Farrah Smyth (Year 8 ceremony)
- Vocal Soloist – Lauren Picking (Year 10 ceremony)
On behalf of the whole school community, we would like to convey our thanks to Carole Wilmont (Calm with Carole) for helping out during the presentation of awards for our Year 10 and Year 9 students.
