On Sunday 15th December, 36 students from Belfast Model School for Girls went to Ards Blair Mayne Leisure Centre in Newtownards to compete in the Regional Trampoline Competition.
This is the largest amount of students that we have ever taken, and also the largest school entry in all of Northern Ireland! This was also most of the students first ever competition and they were fantastic! Their behaviour, commitment and dedication to training each week and on the day was something to be proud off! Due to this, we came away with trophies, medals, certificates and 2 students qualifying through to the zonal round of the competition in Newcastle, England.
A special mention to Mrs Kelly, Mr Potts and Miss Hill for coming along to help support on the day and allowing it to run smoothly for our school. A massive well done to all and congratulations! Please see the results below.
