The Home Economics department have been busy delivering Cookits to our GCSE Occ. Studies Catering group to enable them to continue with the practical cooking element of the course. Students received a box containing all the equipment, ingredients and guidance to make their Chocolate Dipped Shortbread during yesterday’s live lesson with Miss Jemphrey!
