Well done to the BMSG Drama Department! We have once again been selected (after a lengthy and exacting application procedure) as a Lyric Theatre Affiliated school! We were selected for the very first year of this scheme in 2018, and we are proud to say that we have continued to be selected every year since.  Here are some photographs of just one benefit of this affiliation.  Our Year 11 GCSE Drama class were put through their paces by a professional acting coach. The theme of the workshop was “Blood Brothers”, by Willy Russell, which is our current GCSE set text.  The Drama Department plan to make full use of our affiliation with The Lyric in the coming year – watch this space!
