Over the last few weeks, Year 14 have been continuing to research and plan for their next steps when they finish school in June. They have had a presentation from the Army about the wide variety of careers that are available. Ulster University have also come in to talk to the students about the courses on offer across their campuses. A number of students from both Years 13 and 14 also took part in an a ‘Q&A’ session with nurses and midwives from NHSCT to learn about the roles that nurses play to help them decide if a career in nursing was something they might pursue.
With future talks planned from Belfast Met and others, it is a busy term for Year 14!
