This week our Junior Maths classes have had a break from normal lessons to take part in some fun activities as part of Maths Week UK. Challenges designed to include problem-solving and teamwork were the order of the day and the promise of prizes meant that all were enthusiastic learners.  Lots of mathematical conversations were overheard and a real buzz was evident in the Maths Department!
