For Oracy October, Mrs Strain’s English class, 10NT carried out Hot-Seating, Billy Weaver and the Landlady from their recent Novella, The Landlady, by Roald Dahl.

In groups, the class came up with questions to ask our Characters, to gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, regarding the incidents that occur in the story. The class displayed great listening skills and imagination during their discussions. Keep up the good work 10NT!
