Wow! The Maths department were blown away by the standard of the projects submitted by KS3 students last week as part of ‘Fun Maths week’ Year 8 students completed projects on 2D & 3D shapes, Year 9 were asked to find examples of Symmetry in real life and Year 10 researched Famous Mathematicians. Take a look at the pictures to see the winners from each class and some examples of their excellent work!

Two students from each year group were chosen as overall winners and have been sent a certificate and a special prize. Huge congratulations to Darcie Matier and Amy Baker (Year 8), Diana Adlali and Molly Scott (Year 9) and Meadow Pollock and Lauren Picking (Year 10). Well done, girls!
