As part of KS3 Skill Up lessons, Y10 Home Economics students focused on practising safe peeling and ‘bridge’ and ‘claw’ knife skills to create a range of class vegetable cuts.  The learning mat challenged students to have a go at creating the most advanced brunoise cut independently and to perfection!
