Our Minor Netball team consisting of Year 9 students competed in their first Netball match of the year. The match was very exciting and all students showed excellent progress and skill – many of who have never played a match and coped very well with the challenge. At the final whistle, BMSG were sadly defeated by St. Dominic’s (6-4). Special mentions must go to Chloe Hagan who worked tirelessly in defence and Ruth Ingram playing well all over the court. Isabella Dalton and Kaitlin Conn were our goal scorers with 2 goals each. Very proud of the attitude and effort. Looking forward to seeing this group develop and improve over the next few matches. Well done!
