On Wednesday 8th February 2023, Year 12 GCSE Hospitality students completed their practical controlled assessment – a Valentine’s Day Function in our newly established ‘Pop-Up’ restaurant, ‘Galentinos’. All students worked tremendously hard to prepare, cook and serve food to the highest standard. A huge well done to the students who also beautifully decorated the Function room making it eye-catching at appealing to our guests. A massive thank you to everyone involved, including our guests, kitchen brigade, front of house staff and teaching and non-teaching staff who motivated and reassured girls throughout the process. A very successful day! Well done!
