The community of BMSG are very much looking forward to the Coronation of King Charles III on Saturday 6th May. To get the party started, we are planning a number of Model Coronation events on Friday 5th May. The day will begin with whole school assemblies where each member of our school community will be invited to a Coronation lunch and be presented with a commemorative Coronation badge. At midday, all are invited to a special Coronation lunch, set up as a traditional street party. On the menu will be Coronation Chicken, quiche and sausage rolls along with Coronation Cupcakes! Staff and students will also be encouraged to enter our Coronation Bake Off competition! The bakes will be judged and the winners announced next Friday. We wish all members of our school community a very happy Coronation Day. No matter where you are and how you are celebrating – have fun. God save the King!
