Year 11, 13 and 14 Travel and Tourism classes recently visited Titanic Belfast for their White Star to Five Star experience. Students were able to gain a great insight into how Titanic Belfast operates as a tourist attraction during a fantastic Q&A session given by the Head of Operations, Head of HR and Head of Marketing and Sales. Further insights were gleaned, and their competitive spirits roused by a game where they assumed the role of CEO of a brand new attraction. Financial losses and gains were made before our Year 11 students came out on top, beating not only the Year 13s and 14s but also teams from Bangor Academy! A tour of the Titanic Experience finished off the day and since we were treated to scones and pastries upon arrival, and brunch, it truly was a Five Star experience!
