On Wednesday 31st January 2024, the Year 12 GCSE Hospitality class prepared, cooked and served a three-course Winter Wonderland themed meal for 10 guests. They cooked up a storm in the kitchen and the quality of presentation was second to none! A huge well done to the girls who also beautifully decorated the Function room making it eye-catching at appealing to our guests. A massive thank you to everyone involved, including our guests, kitchen brigade, front of house staff and teaching and non-teaching staff who motivated and reassured girls throughout the process. A very successful day! Well done!
