Please find below important letters regarding Rock Challenge travel arrangements, deposits and fundraising, which have also been sent home with your daughter. It is essential that all pupils going to Grimsby take one of these home. Currently there are about 30 pupils who have not collected these.
If you know your daughter is not attending the trip any longer please contact Miss Henning urgently as she is in the process of booking all the travel and accommodation. Once this is booked, it is non-refundable therefore if someone drops out after the booking, the price of the trip for others will increase. A £50 deposit is required as detailed in the letter, on the first day back after Easter (25th April 2017). Pupils who have been to see Miss Henning have also been provided with fundraising cards, sponsorship sheets and an application for Hammer Youth Club, where a sponsored stay awake will take place on Saturday 6th May 2017.
