On Thursday 20th, Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th October, our Year 12 GCSE Hospitality students completed their Unit 3 Task 3 practical Controlled Assessment.  Their task was to plan, prepare, cook and serve a Savoury Dish and Sweet Dish for 2 people using high level skill throughout.  The students clearly demonstrated such high professionalism, enthusiasm and talent when completing this.  Just look at the high standard of dishes presented!  Very well-done.
