Congratulations to Susan Chen (Year 11) and Jessica Irvine (Year 10) on their recent achievements in gaining Music certificates.

Susan already achieved her grade 1 piano exam in 2022, but decided to skip grade 2 and move straight to grade 3, which she also completed in the summer of the same year.  This is evidence of the very hard work and thorough practising that Susan does at home.  She is now working towards grade 5!  Susan also plays the violin and is studying GCSE Music. Congratulations on this great achievement.

Jessica began piano lessons in school in Year 9, and despite the constant disruption brought about by Covid last year, she has successfully completed her grade 1 piano, achieving a merit.  She is now working towards her grade 3 and hopes to study GCSE Music next year.
